The Alaska Soft Serve Co. is a family-run business that started out with a simple idea – to bring delicious ice cream to the people of Alaska. Five years ago, Dave birthed the idea of soft serve on wheels and it was a hit! His wife Annie jumped in and the two of them have been sprinkling the town with goodness ever since.
We have two food trucks where you’ll find a wide selection of flavors, from classic favorites to creative new creations. And don’t forget to check out our mobile ice cream truck – it’s the perfect way to have a taste of our soft serve on the go

It's what's on the inside that counts
We love developing signature flavors each summer. Annie's favorite flavor combination is lemon and lavender. Dave loves shortbread and coffee. These two have swirled their love for each other and desserts for a gift that keeps on giving, and they love sharing their love for ice cream with Alaskans.
